Silence is precious because it gives space for life to share more of its essentiality, meaningfulness and purpose. Silence offers room for thoughts to crumble into themselves allowing the one that matters in the moment, to be the loudest and brightest.

Silence exists at all time and to reach it is to consciously make the effort to seek the most universal creative vibration. The noise that fills chaos isn’t creative, in itself but when one realizes that chaos hides, in its center, the very promise of a still, undisturbed and un-compromised life, then one understands the purpose of accepting chaos as the journey so that it reveals stillness as the reward.

Silence is pregnant with Life and when it is given a voice, it speaks loud about how to reach it and birth it. The constant chaotic environment diminishes the capacity for the Soul to be heard and felt. The Soul holds all the sparks of creativity, the mind only organizes its energy to give it a form, a shape or a way.

Anyone, consciously willing to accept silence as a companion, finds himself/herself guided by the most faithful teacher of all. Silence represents the moment of gestation before giving birth. It is the essential time/space vortex where all possibilities exist. Amongst all of them, one of these possibilities becomes the most ultimate expression of the Soul. This expression, when carried into form, becomes Truth incarnated.

A new kind of Cinderella

Fairy tales are magic triggers. Their magic calls for our inner-child and, because they do, they naturally invite our mind to safely open the gate to our universal memory. Taken on the surface, princes and princesses are beings of beauty, grace, strength and courage and whose journey lets them move through the tides of adventures filled with Love and fear, lost and found, secrets and revelations and more. At the end, Beauty wins, wisdom is revealed and Love conquered.

While children enjoy the flow of these adventures, grown ups are invited to dive a little deeper into the storytelling and seek for a symbolic way to connect with the universal memory to which each and every soul belongs and to which each and every soul returns. The journey of the fairy tale characters is the inner-journey of one self in search for its own self and a reconnection to its very own source.

The brilliance of symbology lies in the fact that it does not only speaks to the left side of the brain but it also stimulates the right side. When both hemispheres of the brain are simultaneously triggered, the situation to which the mind is exposed becomes clearer and the capacity to observe it, enhanced.

Cinderella, for example, is a young female figure kept captive by an older female figure. She is the child full of life, creativity and fearlessness that we all have been and whose joy is being repressed by the societal, oppressing, narrow-minded dogmas of her so-called caregiver. The prince is the ultimate dream reachable only through her kind attitude, loving heart and faith.

I invite you to look into yourself and find your CInderella character. What does your inner-child wish? What does prevent you from reaching your dream? Do you always choose the kindest, most loving and most faithful path? Are you ready to meet your dream? I invite you to share your own fairy tale in such a way that when it is read, it inspires another to believe in the impossible.

Faith:The will of the heart behind the thoughts of the mind

Everyone wishes to start anew or be given a second chance. Moments we have created out of choices we would not made anymore but somehow that keep haunted the present with regrets or remorses. The new always awaits in the next moment. It is at reach and never held back. What it requires is a true consideration for the moment of now. This indivisible moment holds, simultaneously, the past and the future. Two different paths held in one simple moment and only one choice that will consequently reveal yourself or more accurately what you believe about yourself.

Who we are is more than what the mind can comprehend and yet, the mind is the ultimate guard that filters our reality. Fueled by our own belief system, our mind screens the information we receive in the moment, compared them to the ones we stored previously, evaluate them with the ones about which we dream and must present the decision that makes the most sense.

While the mind is alone in the decision process, it automatically chooses the safest and more stable solution. Whatever is unknown or seems unrealistic for its framework, the mind disregards it for the stability of the situation. While safety is desirable, it holds the same promise as yesterday without possibility for new.

When the mind agrees to co-operate and collaborate with the heart, then the decision process opens to new heights. Indeed, when the mind yields its need of control allowing the heart to become the power behind the present, then the decision process is fueled with unlimited possibilities. Scary, at first, and truly unstable, it is only in this path that the new and the great can be reached and found.

When the thinking process is anchored in the heart, it moves from the Truth within each of us, nurtured with self-love and personal power. This thinking process is the ultimate creative machine as it has infinite capacity to envision the new and infinite power to actualize it.

In between your heart and your mind lies your destiny. Instead of having to choose one or the other, it is the combination and the unity of both that brings the best of your Truth. To change with safety is to walk in faith and to walk in faith is to anchor your thoughts way beyond your belief system, in the core of your being, in your heart, in your Soul.

The amazing power of the unexpected

Life exists within the moment. Because of an innate pursuit for self-actualization, most of us tend to create routines through which we structure Life so that we can define it better. While this process is most necessary, it must leave some room where structure is made of curiosity, unexpected and mindfully out of control.

The unexpected holds a true power. What cannot be grasped by the mind and believed to be controlled, invites all the senses to be on high alert so that the mind can better grasp information and ultimately make a choice based on its rational logic.

More information coming into process means more awareness about the environment. A greater sense of awareness implies a greater connection to Life itself. Consciousness is Life and Life is consciousness. Consciousness is pure creative power and its ultimate purpose is to be. The form that consciousness is taking in the moment lets it be aware of itself and truly know its own power.

Humanity is the form and therefore the one through which consciousness learns about itself. The greater awareness in the moment, the greater the level of knowingness with which Life knows itself.

The unexpected gives more space for Life to know itself because it creates the new. Only from the new can consciousness expand. Repeated patterns only provide reinforcement of identical sense of knowingness yet it does not allow growth. Growth exists most where the unexpected lies strong.

Notice when plans become disturbed for “unknown reasons” how the mind fires its alert mode ensuring that all senses are in touch with the environment. The human being, subject to unexpected conditions, becomes the ultimate feedback machine for consciousness knowledge.

Wisdom that offers moments of silence, awareness and space encourage the same work as the mind caught in an uncontrolled environment. To be of best use for consciousness/Life is to be either still in the moment or caught having to trust the moment with Faith.

A Walk in Music, A Path to Yourself

Life always brings, with it, a cortege of unpredictability that always holds the best yet to come. Yet, our mind and its safety mode tend to prevent us from living the moment in the most free way as it is programed to make us remain as we are more than taking us to where we can be.

As we walk in our journey back to greatness, we must be willing to get out of our own mind so that we can find more of our wilder self. This self stands outside of our comfort zone while sitting in the middle of extraordinariness.

While silence invites us to journey into our self with great space, music offers a much softer path with greater light and much lesser fear. Music guides the steps of the seeker within the heart of the breather. Each time I have let music take my heart and walk with me, moments of aloneness have always been transformed in moments of awakening because what music can do to your soul goes beyond the understanding of the mind. Music has the most connecting effect between the mind and the soul and while the mind is softly invited to pursue the unknown, the heart opens its wilderness with a true sense of opening and embrace.

Instruments vibrate with their own healing and each of them has the potential to provide the most unique healing experience of all. Many composers and many musicians are healers in this sense that their own artistry becomes the best medicine for the heart and soul of the one who listens and dives into the vibes of the piece.

Music is healing as much as silence is guidance. While this is true, it takes a heart open to the subtle and a mind sensitive to true beauty to realize it. The artist is always at reach and those who can master their genius can touch another in the most simple way. When we are touched by Genius, we are changed forever. Music has always been a healer for my own soul and will always be as the secret that music shares with my Soul is the beauty that Life shares with Love.

Words are vessels of communication and therefore of Life. We, human beings, rely on them to share our views, exchange our feelings and express our truth. Words have become the most reliable way to connect with each other. While we have become highly dependent on words, we must now learn to make them meaningful. Wisdom requires few words and yet, when spoken or written, its meaning echoes deep within our soul and can transform a single moment of listening into an eternity of realization. So, what message would you wish to share if you had only 100 words to share?

There Is Nothing More Precious Than YOU

There is only one of you, one of me and one unique blueprint for everything that has a form in this universe. Duplication isn’t part of the process. Uniqueness and singularity are. Originality is not a mistake of the design nor even a caprice of nature. Originality is a pure essential and universal archetype. Seeking the Genius within is exploring the unique world that has been given to you.

Every exploration begins with great unknowns and many questions yet each of them holds great potential and many opportunities. The heart of the explorer must hold onto a conscious sense of wonder about the self. The mind of the adventurer must be willing to, systematically, open to learn, un-learn and relearn for what one discovery may bring is only a revealed moment of Truth before another one comes to redefine it. The Universe is such a infinite space that nothing can ever be, absolutely, sure. Everything the senses perceive are merely relative moments of Truth, defining the observer.

An explorer isn’t one who is content in finding. An explorer is one who finds contentment in the endless pursuit of the new, the undefined and the extraordinary. The gift of this journey is yourself revealed to yourself. It is a sense of reverence before your inner-Genius, while journeying, with humility, from what you know to what is yet to be known about your Truth.

An introspection is the greatest journey into the Universe through the singularity of your own being. It is the most mysterious and yet most thrilling voyage because while the destination may be clearly undefined, the path is beautifully written for You and only You. To know that is to know how precious YOU are.

Between Waves and Ocean, You Stand

Follow me for a moment in a journey within yourself. Allow me to guide your mind in the inner-journey of this moment. We are getting aboard a vessel called You and together, we are traveling onto the misunderstood waters of your being. You are an ocean of infinite creative substance resting upon an endless space of nothingness. I know, it doesn’t explain much and there is a reason for this. This ocean exists without words. It exists within feelings. Words may try to be thrown at it to control the flow but, at the end, the silent flow always remains the greatest master.

One cannot control a master, one can only attempt to understand, trust and wish to walk side by side with the master so that the journey unfolds in wisdom, meaning and purpose. The body of water is the master and its whole presence is the power. Its expression is defined through the changes that occur in its flow. Waves, ripples and still-surface are its voices. Each shares a temporary state of being but none of them, alone, reflects its oneness. The ocean is most beautiful when it expresses itself yet its expression is only part of its wholeness. Each wave represents a bit of the ocean but it doesn’t define it. Your being is the ocean and your emotions represent who you are only in the moment. Be attached to the ocean and detached from the waves.

What makes a skillful sailor is the patience and the ability to decipher the connection between the environment and the ocean. The language that the ocean speaks is made of its expression – waves, calmness, ripples. While these expressions are what the mind perceives, they are only the surface of what truly IS. Learn to decipher your emotional language, connect with your intuition and sail the great waters of your being as you and the waters are one and the same entity to which perception is the only element that creates separation.

Knowledge is Intellect, Intuition and Intense awareness

There is more light where there is higher ground. The challenge isn’t to conceptualize the ground. The challenge is to actualize it. Rising the level of consciousness is taking the mind on a journey to greatness, getting the emotional body to capture the information, bringing them back to the physical body, then translating all information as one united experience.

The education of the mind gives it the ability to open in such a way that it can perceive the impossible at reach. Although this is necessary for the evolution of consciousness, it isn’t enough to make it happen. Consciousness grows when it lives a truly experience a new possibility. The physical experience is the anchoring point of the growth of consciousness and because what exists, in the Truth, only exists in the moment of now, awareness of what is experienced now, is what matters the most.

To elevate the perception with which the mind sees life is to integrate the experience of the now through conscious awareness. Awareness is key to spiritual growth. Read the books, if you wish but until you apply the teachings and embody the wisdom, spiritual growth will remain the belonging of the paper and the books that only reach the intellect. Lost in the intellect, a possibility becomes useless. It must be brought to density through feeling and doing if it wishes to be transformed as true knowledge. Life exists through the interactivity of all of its systems. The human being has many dimensions and unless all of them co-operate as one, the experience is incomplete. Experiencing completion within the experience creates true knowledge.

Explore the zesty side of Life

Life is a cocktail of tastes, flavors and fragrances mixed with moments of time. While some are sweet and others sour, there are moments I call zesty. The zesty side of life is the unexpected, the wild and the risky. It is the space where Life gives more of itself for daring to walk in the dark or venture in the unknown.

The Zesty side of life is the one where the magic occurs at all time and where Love endlessly bubbles like the effervescent presence of sparkling water. The most interesting part of the zesty feel is where it is found. It is found in the center of what tends to be overlooked because too simple or rejected because too scary. Those who dare overcome their judgments, expectations, fears or need for control have a chance to grab the zest and squeeze it indefinitely into their existence making it animated, enlivened, memorable and inspirited.

The exploration of the zesty side of life belongs to the adventurer, the dreamer and the visionary. It is the path of innovation and creativity and the space where unlimited possibilities are transformed into opportunities in form. The perk found in the zesty side of Life is the one that the inner-child knows, remembers and uses. While Life exists balanced and harmonious, it cannot only depends on the Zest, yet it is essential for its growth. A life without its Zest is like an ocean without its motion. As the waves move energy, the Zesty side of Life moves the experience forward.

Probably the most compelling reason to explore the Zesty side of Life is that it is the one that reveals the sweetest side of Life the best. As the pendulum of duality takes place, the zesty side allows Sweetness to be known.
